This is how it all started…
I was born in Youngstown, Ohio. I’m a US Army Combat Veteran. I earned the rank of First Sergeant in the 82nd Airborne Division Field Artillery. I was awarded the highest leadership honor, recognizing the pinnacle of Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership in the US Army, the coveted Sergeant Morales Award. Among many other awards of excellence during my military career I have also earned a Bronze Star Medal for my heroism during combat, and the Meritorious Service Medal for the culmination of my entire military career.
I am a Certified John Maxwell Leadership, Coach / Mentor / and Trainer, and I have spoken to Property Management organizations all over the United States to improve and motivate their Leadership Teams. I bring 25 years of Property Management experience to a Corporate Team. I have served in every position of Property Operations from Leasing Agent, Assistant Manager, Community Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Director, and President of Property Operations, responsible for over 23,000 units and 350 personnel.
